We were handed hustle.
We were praised for holding it all together.
We were taught that exhaustion meant we were doing it right.

But this is Her Era.

The era of regulated women.
Of mothers who choose presence over pressure.
Of homes that feel calm because she feels safe inside her own body.

Sunday isn’t about “getting ahead.”
It’s about coming home to yourself.

Ending self-abandonment.
Softening your nervous system.
Resetting your energy before the week begins.

That’s the real power move.

If you’re ready to step into this differently,
I created a free Sunday Reset Guide to walk you through it 🤍

Simple. Grounded. Rooted.

Because Her Era isn’t louder.
It’s steadier.

Comment “RESET” and I’ll send it to you
or grab it in the link in my bio.

There’s a world on fire right now.. and I am forever grateful I am able to walk with the shadows knowing there will be light….

You would have had to know me years ago
to understand why this message isn’t trendy for me.

It’s personal.

I’ve seen what survival mode does to a woman.
To her nervous system.
To her home.

And I’ve seen what happens when she heals.

When a mother regulates, the whole atmosphere shifts.
Children feel it.
Partnerships feel it.
The lineage feels it.

This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about reclamation.

Coming back to your body.
Coming back to your truth.
Coming back to safety within yourself.

Because the world doesn’t change from the outside in.
It recalibrates through women who choose to break cycles.

This is legacy work.
This is movement energy.

Heal the mother.
Heal the home.

Only 3 spots remain.

Muskoka | June 4–7
4 days and 3 nights devoted to restoring the woman behind the roles.

This will be my 11th retreat welcoming women into expansive spaces ~ guiding them through breath, movement, and experiences that bring them back to themselves.

Breath to soften.
Pilates to strengthen.
Water to cleanse.
Space to remember who you are.

Katia from will be nourishing us with beautiful chef-inspired meals all weekend ~ including a special evening where we gather to create our own pasta dishes. Hands in flour. Laughter in the air. Connection woven in.

Ali from will be there guiding us and holding space through beautiful healing medicine and sound ~ creating moments of depth, release, and remembrance.

This is intimate. Intentional.
And almost full.

If your nervous system is craving calm and your heart is craving connection… come.

Heal the mother, yes.

But also hold her.

Women have been taught to be the emotional backbone of the home.
Strong. Steady. Selfless.

But strength without softness creates quiet loneliness.

If this post hit, it’s not because you’re dramatic.
It’s because something in you is ready to stop settling for survival-level love.

Women to women ~
you are allowed to want more.

Heal the mother. Heal the home.

But how?

Not by adding more to her plate.
Not by expecting her to meditate her way through burnout.
Not by calling exhaustion strength.

It starts with this:

A woman deciding she matters enough
to be supported.

That is self-love.

Not the surface kind.
The structural kind.

The kind where she stops normalizing overwhelm.
The kind where she shares the mental load.
The kind where she regulates her nervous system instead of pushing through.
The kind where she asks for help without apology.

Healing the home doesn’t begin with perfection.
It begins with support.

And sometimes that support doesn’t look like what you expected.
Sometimes it’s community.
Sometimes it’s partnership.
Sometimes it’s guidance.
Sometimes it’s finally saying, “I can’t do this alone.”

Small steps are still steps.

If you’re asking “but where do I start?”
Start with loving yourself enough to not carry it all by yourself anymore.

That’s where everything shifts

The era of the depleted mother is over.

We have normalized exhaustion.
Praised self-sacrifice.
Called burnout “just part of it.”

But something has shifted.

You can feel it in conversations.
In women asking different questions.
In mothers no longer willing to disappear inside their own lives.

2026 carries the frequency of the regulated mother.
The rooted mother.
The woman who understands that her nervous system sets the tone of her home.

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about healing deeper.
About maternal line repair.
About leadership that starts in the body.

When the mother rises, the lineage shifts.

Heal the mother heal the home.

I hear it all the time.

“I don’t even know how to love myself.”
“Saying I love you to myself feels fake.”
“It’s easier to love everyone else.”

Women who would move mountains for their children…
but can’t look in the mirror and soften toward themselves.

How did we get so far away from being okay with loving ourselves?

When did self-abandonment become normal?
When did exhaustion become proof of devotion?
When did loving ourselves start feeling selfish?

If it feels hard for you… you’re not broken.
You were likely taught to give outward first.

But here’s the truth:
A mother who loves herself doesn’t love her children less.
She loves them from fullness instead of depletion.

Do you struggle here too?

If loving yourself feels awkward, forced, or foreign…
let’s start smaller.

Instead of “I love myself,” try:

• I am learning to be kinder to myself.
• I am allowed to rest.
• I don’t have to earn love.
• My nervous system deserves safety too.

Self-love isn’t a switch you flip.
It’s a practice you welcome.

And Sundays are a beautiful place to begin.

Heal the mother.
Heal the home. 🌿
