We tried a Heathy Eyes Smoothie recipe today and it was pretty good!
If you want to try it out too, follow the steps below:
Blend together 1 cup of spinach, 1 cup of your choice of milk and 1/2 cup of your choice of plain yogurt. Then add 1.5cups of frozen blueberries and 1 ripe banana, and a dash of cinnamon. Blend again and enjoy!
