When overwhelm takes over, sometimes all a little one needs is a simple breath!!!! This is one of our simplest and self loving mindfulness techniques!! 🌬️💓💕

The breathing ball is one of our favourite tools inside the goodie store!! Here’s Jess using it to teach breathwork to one of her little clients!! ✨💓💫
