Living A Healthy Life With Chronic Pain - Thursdays, January 29 - March 5, 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Join us to connect with others who understand what it is like to live with chronic pain or a chronic condition, and to learn techniques to manage symptoms, deal with tough emotions, sleep better, set goals, and make action plans.
