Distal approach for this molar with deep decay. This approach has a difficult angulation that will stress file in the mesial canals.

Lateral canal was evident on CBCT and captured during treatment. These cases are nice to see.

Separated instruments are always a challenge. Luckily the head of this one was high up in the root. After ultrasonic activation the instrument was retrieved with a tube. Dual cure core material was injected with the aid of a Centrix plug then allowed to set. Relief was seeing this instrument come out. Had already tried IRS and lasso.

This tooth required pre-access management with a buccal restoration via a surgical approach. Had to go back and trim off the mesial overhang. An apical split on the distal root. Patient was motivated to keep this tooth.

This a challenging case due to the poor restorative access. Had to get a second assistant use a Minnesota retractor to pull the cheek to access the distal of this rotated second molar. Apical curve at the DB root.
