Assaad and Ahmed brought my very frail mom from the St Thomas hospital to the Victoria hospital in London last week. The bus they brought her in was new, very clean and quiet. I accompanied her in the bus and it was a very smooth, pleasant and comfortable ride. Assaad and Ahmed were very attentive to both my mom and me, knew exactly where we had to go and made sure we were well taken care of. They gave us exceptional service. Five star all the way.

I want to sincerely thank the ambulance drivers who brought my dad home from the hospital today (Ambulance #21117). They arrived on time, were extremely professional, calm, and genuinely kind. My dad is a very anxious person, especially with medical transport, but they knew exactly what to do and made him feel safe and comfortable the entire time.

They calmly and carefully worked together to bring my dad up 14 steps, communicating clearly with each other and with him the whole way. Their teamwork and confidence were outstanding, and it made a very stressful situation feel controlled and safe.

Despite the cold weather, they made sure my dad was properly covered at all times, and he did not feel cold at all. This level of care and attention meant a great deal to our family.

What truly stood out was that they remembered my dad from a transport about four months ago when they had taken him from one hospital to another. That level of personal care and continuity is rare and deeply appreciated.

This experience was a complete contrast to a previous transport we had with Encore Ambulance. That crew arrived over an hour late, showed up in the oldest ambulance, were not wearing uniforms, did not know how to properly use their equipment, and almost dropped my father. On top of that, they removed his coverage during cold conditions, and despite him having blankets, he ended up freezing. That experience was frightening and unacceptable.

I only wish I had gotten the drivers’ names today so they could be personally recognized. They deserve genuine praise for their professionalism, teamwork, and the dignity and care they showed my dad. Thank you for making such a difficult day easier for our family.

Yesterday I was taken from the hospital to home and it was a good experience. Both men were very pleasant. One was still a trainee but his driving was excellent at peak traffic time. They made sure I stayed warm. Everything was positive.

Had a very pleasant experience with Voyago. My wife and I needed her elderly mother transported from the hospital to home. Not only were they on time to the hospital, they also managed to beat my wife back to our house. The two transport attendants were extremely polite and treated my mother in law with the utmost respect and caring. I would highly recommend Voyago.
