Aging in place is not just possible. It is what most Canadians want.

In an in-depth interview on the Brian Crombie Radio Hour, our COO, Dani DePetrillo, shares how families can help loved ones stay at home safely, independently, and with dignity. From companionship, dementia care, and palliative support to advances in home care technology, the conversation highlights real solutions that bring comfort and peace of mind.

Key insights:
• Most Canadians want to age at home as long as possible
• Home care is flexible, from a few hours a week to complex 24/7 support.
• Technology like Sensi.AI help detect risks early and support safety
• Respite care protects family caregivers from burnout
• Dementia care should be rooted in empathy and respect

It’s about helping people live their best life at home, wherever home is for them.

What an unforgettable week at our 2025 Right at Home Canada HomeComing Conference!

We brought together our Care Office owners, Care Planners, and leadership team from across the country for four incredible days of connection, learning, and celebration at beautiful White Point Beach Resort in Nova Scotia.

From exploring Peggy’s Cove to enjoying a true East Coast lobster dinner, the week was filled with laughter, collaboration, and inspiration. We’re so proud to see our offices united in purpose, sharing best practices, celebrating achievements, and strengthening the compassionate culture that makes Right at Home Canada so special.

Until next year, thank you to everyone who helped make HomeComing 2025 an amazing success! ❤️🇨🇦

This past weekend, our Right at Home Canada teams across the country — including Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and British Columbia — proudly joined thousands of Canadians for the Parkinson Canada SuperWalk .

It was inspiring to walk alongside families, friends, and communities united by one mission: to raise awareness and support for Canadians living with Parkinson’s.

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Parkinson Canada SuperWalk team and volunteers for organizing such a meaningful event. Together, every step taken brings us closer to improving the lives of those impacted by Parkinson’s.
