Try this the next time your energy feels heavy - Everyday Strategies (Week 7)
Every week, I will provide you with one strategy that you can implement at home or in the comfort of your own space. These techniques will be therapeutic, holistic, or relaxational. We can use these strategies for 5 minutes a day, at any time, whether in the morning, midday, or at night, whenever you need them. You can be in the middle of a lot going on, and just take 5 minutes for yourself.
Today's technique is protecting or clearing your energy. We need to be mindful of the energy we put out there, but we can also absorb a lot of energy everyday, be it our own, others, in our environment, like electromagnetic waves etc. These strategies just helps us go about our day feeling more refreshed, and clear of energy we don't need.
