HOW LONG SHOULD I BOOK FOR?

30 - 45 Minutes
This is best for focusing on a small area, for example upper back, neck, and shoulders or arms neck, and shoulders.

1 Hour - 90 Minutes
This is best for focusing on a larger area, for example full back, neck, and shoulders if there is a lot of tightness or back, neck, shoulders, and glutes or arms/legs. Its really difficult to do an effective full body treatment in only an hour*

2 Hours
This appointment length works best for treating the whole body.

Booking enough time is an important part of actually benefiting from massage!
It takes time to warm the layers of tissues and work into the knots safely. I always recommend booking at least 90 minutes for an effective treatment.

*This is just a general guide. If you have any questions about the length of time that would be best please email me before booking.

*A treatment plan is developed based on your health intake, concerns and treatment goals.

Cupping therapy continues to be a FREE add on.

The new rates are:

15 minutes $70
30 minutes $85
45 minutes $100
60 minutes $125
75 minutes $145
90 minutes $160
120 minutes $205

EQUINE Massage 60 minutes $125 plus travel
