450 Oxford St is a vibrant mixed-use development featuring 19 and 17-storey towers with 452 thoughtfully designed homes, elevated by rooftop terraces, landscaped amenity spaces, and private balconies for a connected urban lifestyle.
Framed by active retail, green spaces, and pedestrian-first design, the project creates a dynamic streetscape and a welcoming community hub at Oxford and Proudfoot.

The EFCO formwork system is placed for the 9th storey pour. When finished, 129 Pond Mills will be 11 storeys with 133 units. Project features include:
- Street accessible units promote a sense of community
- South-west facing rooftop amenity to capture evening sun
- Buildings energy consumption is 41% less than the reference building
- Efficient window / wall ratio of 31.6%

There were some really good projects showcased at LSTAR's 9th Biennial Don Smith Commerical Building Awards last night. We're proud to be part of the winning team for the 5 Corners Commercial Plaza project. The project consists of 3 separate buildings at the corner of Glendon Dr and Jeffries Rd in Kilworth.

Two of our entries are featured here at the corner of Glendon Dr and Jeffries Rd in Kilworth where the new two-storey commercial space and restaurant sit adjacent to the popular Home Hardware (also by Orange Rock developments & Zedd Architecture).

We're proud to have several entries into LSTAR's 9th Biennial Don Smith Commerical Building Awards being held Wednesday March 25th. Things got built!

This entry is an apartment at 101 Base Line Rd W, (with 101 units) features an exterior adorned with an array of balcony types, window sizes, and strategic colour elements, complementing the façade's fenestration and mass manipulation, enhancing its aesthetic appeal.

Replacing the former 2 storey open air parking garage, a 4–5 storey residential podium will front the street, concealing a multi-level parking structure above and below grade. Generous glazing will showcase inviting amenity spaces and retail uses, bringing energy to the public at street level.

Our proposed 6-storey apartment building for Rout Developments brings 65 units to a compact 2,700 sq m site. Thoughtfully designed with a gym, party room, and indoor parking, it uses colour and clean lines to break up the massing and provide a transition to the surrounding neighborhood.

This 11-storey residential building containing 133 units is under construction with work taking place on the 6th floor. The rooftop terrace is oriented to maximize southern and western exposure over the surrounding naturally protected river and woodlands of Pond Mills. The interior lobby is designed with views to frame this amenity and incorporates natural wood materials to enhance and integrate within its location.

We enjoyed our tour of Element 5's state-of-the-art glued laminaed and cross laminated timber facility in St. Thomas. Mass timber has many benefits that can make it an ideal solution for affordable housing, market-rate housing, retirement living and student housing projects. Thanks to the LSA for organizing and kudos to Architects Tillmann Ruth Robinson and Co-Elevate for their work on the beautiful expansion.
