Our restaurant building for Orange Rock Developments has been nominated for the 2025 LSTAR Don Smith Commercial Building Awards! The owner allowed for a creative approach to developing this highly visible corner of Jeffries Rd and Glendon Dr. Rather than defaulting to a fast-food chain and drive-thru, what transpired is a beautiful, contemporary, purpose-built restaurant for the Singing Chef - an inviting hub at the heart of the growing Komoka/Kilworth community.

Our commercial office building for Orange Rock Developments has been nominated for the 2025 LSTAR Don Smith Commercial Building Awards!

The building has a minimalist design, featuring a strong, horizontal modern form juxtaposed with a natural stone plinth. Ribbon windows wrap the upper mass, providing continuous natural views throughout the internal office spaces. The building sits comfortably within its natural environment, offering a thoughtful, contemporary workspace.
