各位朋友好久不見~今天要久違地跟各位分享一則最近的新聞,也就是“筋結”、"氣結"的本質。

根據這個研究,看來我們所謂的“筋結”與"氣結",是一個慢性發炎的成果,而非單純的肌肉緊縮導致。

但是,其實在我們中醫師的眼裡,這樣的慢性發炎,也依舊是由於肌肉反覆收縮刺激,累積了無法化解的張力導致的結果。

所以我認為,熱敷和按摩還是可以起到很好的、作用。因為這兩個方式是解除肌肉收縮張力的好方法,把這個“因”消除,就能改變慢性發炎這個“果”的狀態。請記得,拉筋、按摩、熱敷還是很重要喔!!

我們中醫會怎麼處理“筋結”呢?首先,我會依舊用針灸來解決附近肌群的整體張力。 不一定要用乾針,各種針法都有用。接著,我們可以直接用小小的針刀直接去鬆解團塊,吸引更多血流來修復,讓組織漸漸軟化跟被吸收。

不論英國或是台灣,天氣都漸漸變冷了。在迎接聖誕節的同時,請更要用溫熱守護緊繃的肌肉和”氣結“喔!

✨ Did you know that what you eat can be influenced by the seasons? 🍂
In Chinese medicine, seasonal eating is key for keeping balance and harmony in our bodies. Each season brings foods that not only taste delicious but also support our health in unique ways.

As the leaves turn golden and the air grows crisp, it’s the perfect time to welcome autumn’s ingredients. Hearty root vegetables, warming spices, and nourishing soups or teas. These foods help strengthen our Lung, Digestion and immune system, gently warming the body and preparing us for the colder months ahead. 🌬️

Here are two simple recipes to try this season:

🍲 Warming Chicken Broth
Simmer chicken pieces with 50g sliced ginger, spring onion, shiitake mushrooms, and goji berries for 40–50 minutes. Season lightly and enjoy a soothing, digestion-tonifying soup.

🥬 Comforting Perilla Leaves Tea
Chop 4-5 fresh perilla leaves, place them in a cup, and pour over hot water. Cover and steep for 10 minutes, then sip slowly to enjoy its gentle warmth.

Seasonal foods don’t just taste better — they also enhance your acupuncture and wellness journey by supporting your body’s natural rhythms. 🌱💚

您深受慢性腹瀉 或是 IBS 所苦嗎?
根據中醫理論,飲食是導致腸胃機能失衡的最大因素。其中又以 生冷、冰涼、油膩的飲食最會傷害我們的消化機能。

In TCM, diet is a significant factor in digestive health. Eating irregularly, consuming too many cold, greasy, or processed foods, and overeating can all contribute to digestive issues.

濕氣重是臨床上導致慢性腹瀉一個非常重要的因子,這也隱含著中醫理論中的 脾虛 這個概念。因為脾胃虛弱,所以濕氣無法排除,在身體累積,導致腸胃脹氣、身體沉重、食慾差,以及軟便或腹瀉
Dampness in TCM refers to a condition in which the body retains excessive moisture, often due to Spleen Qi deficiency. This can manifest as diarrhea, bloating, a feeling of heaviness, or mucus in the stool. A diet heavy in cold, greasy, or raw foods is thought to contribute to dampness in the digestive system, further aggravating IBS symptoms.

另一個重要因素是 寒涼食物或受涼導致,這樣會進一步損傷 脾的陽氣,導致消化系統更弱,無法有效把多餘的濕氣排除
Anither main factor leading to the IBS symptoms is the Coldness. It disrupts the normal digestive process, leading to symptoms like cramping, diarrhea, and discomfort, often seen in IBS patients. Consuming cold foods or being exposed to cold environments can cause coldness to accumulate in the stomach and intestines.

若要解決慢性腹瀉以及IBS的問題,首要之務是避免冰涼、生冷、油膩的飲食,若能吃白米飯為主食,可有效幫助排除濕氣(不建議吃薏仁),也可以考慮多加生薑在飲食之中,給予腸胃道溫暖,溫脾利濕。若手邊有艾灸條的朋友,用艾灸薰肚臍周圍會有很棒的止瀉效果喔。
In TCM treatment for IBS, the goal is to restore balance within the body by addressing the root causes. Avoiding cold, raw, and greasy food should be the first step. Some foods like rice in Asian countries and ginger can help remove cold & dampness from the digestive system. Herbal remedies, moxibustion, and acupuncture are commonly used to achieve this balance.

According to recent research, acupuncture may help support skin repair by promoting better circulation, reducing inflammation, and boosting the body's natural healing processes.
現在有許多研究討論針灸幫助傷口癒合。透過針刺加速皮膚的修復是在很多論文中被明顯觀察到的。

1. Improved Blood Flow: Acupuncture stimulates blood circulation to targeted areas, which can help deliver oxygen and nutrients that promote skin regeneration and repair.
目前很可能的機制,首先是因為針灸可以幫助提高局部血液循環,帶來大量皮膚需要的營養物質。

2. Reduction of Inflammation: Acupuncture can modulate the immune response, reducing inflammation in the skin, which is crucial in repairing skin damage caused by conditions like acne, eczema, or psoriasis.
另外,針灸本身也被觀察到可以調控發炎反應的化學物質,達到降低發炎破壞的目的

3. Collagen Production: Some studies suggest that acupuncture may increase collagen production, which is essential for skin elasticity and the repair of scars, wrinkles, and other signs of aging.
而且在一些研究中也發現,針灸可以刺激皮膚膠原蛋白的生成,這在臨床上也是很多美顏針有效的因素之一。
