This is my patient 3 weeks after upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with a laser resurfacing. Eyelid rejuvenation is one of the top concerns our patients have. The bulging and wrinkling makes them look tired when they are not. Patients will often say “I’m tired of being asked if I haven’t slept”. This patient had a blepharoplasty with fat transposition.

This is our patient 3 weeks after his lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition and deep laser resurfacing. I showed you his surgery in a reel three weeks ago and this is his result. The fat has been relocated and smoothed out, his muscle and skin are redraped, tightened and resurfaced instead of being excised. Since I posted his surgery I’m showing you his early result.
