Sunset Cove is grieving the loss of such an amazing man, friend, leader, and the best volunteer. Tony was a dedicated volunteer at Sunset; many would say he was their favorite coffee and tea man. He always had a smile on his face and wanted to help. Every morning, he would greet us with a 'good morning' and never failed to ask how we were doing. Tony will be missed by many, especially his daughter Joanne, who often came by to see her father and supported his caring heart and all the good deeds he would do for us and other residents. On all holidays, Tony and Joanne would donate Easter bunnies to the staff, chocolates at Christmas, or just treats because he appreciated us. Tony had a huge heart, and February is Heart Month. We would like to hold a memorial for Tony on February 12th at 11am to celebrate his life. Fly high, Tony; never forget, and always in our hearts.
