♥️Come Self Care and Give Back this Season at our 9th Annual Yoga Flow Fundraiser for the Tachè Christmas Hamper

This is a near and dear to our heart event that began 9 years ago! Thanks to all of you who’ve graciously attending and supporting this event over the years, we’ve been able to raise over $8000 for our local Families in need over the years 🙏

This event will include a Combination of Vinyasa Yoga Flow and our unique style of Zen Recovery Yoga. We will unite in a space inclusive to All as we emPOWER our Warrior & Goddess within. All while raising funds for those who need it most during the Holiday season 🎁

We will have 2 Wellness inspired Gift Baskets that will allow both those who can attend and those who can’t to purchase tickets for a chance to win. Prizes so far have been donated from the generous .madre.cacao Anytime Fitness - Lorette, MB CJ Hair & Spa@andiczarnecki_rmt Norwex and Yoga Bolster 🙏

Each Ticket to attend the event will include one ballot to enter into the basket of your choice. As well as entry into a special door prize.

🎄 Elves Shelves is BACK! 🎄
We’re thrilled to share that Elves Shelves almost didn’t happen this year — but thanks to the amazing crew at DTMI Dawson Trail Motor Inn - LB, we’re back at it again! Now we just need our incredible community to help bring the magic to life. 💫

Volunteer Sign-Up is OPEN!

Elves Shelves is a one-day pop-up shop where kids (ages 4–11) can pick out thoughtful gifts for just $0.50 each. To make the day special, we rely on a village of volunteers:

✨ Teen Helper Elves – Walk kids through the store, help them choose the perfect gifts, and bring them to the wrapping station.

🎁 Adult Table Attendants – Replenish gift tables and support kids as they make those tough “which one should I pick?” decisions.
🛍️ Adult Wrappers – Help wrap gifts (think: gift bags + name tags!).
🧹 Cleanup Crew (Teens & Adults) – Help reset the hall, pack up extra gifts, and get everything ready for next time.

💥💥If you're a parent signing your teen up — we love that you're encouraging them to get involved. However, to keep the experience fun and meaningful for our teen volunteers, we kindly ask that you sign them up for just one shift rather than the full day. 1 shift is the perfect amount to spark that sense of community and volunteerism — long before it starts to feel like “work.” 😊.

It’s one of the most heart-warming days of the year — and we couldn’t do it without you.

The L1L Studio private entrance for our valued Clients was a year and a half in the making. A lifetime of visualizing, but over a year of planning, prepping, and building to make it all become a reality. To say it was all worth it is a big understatement!
