Did you know that habits have three main parts: a cue, a routine, and a reward?

Do you know your cues? Cues are the context where you tend to engage in the behavior or habit you’re trying to get rid of. Knowing these triggers can help you avoid them! If you’re a smoker, for example, your trigger might be work breaks. If you have a sweet tooth, your trigger might be the dessert menu coming to your table.

Fall in Love with Fall

Think about the habit you’re focusing on this month. Visualize you doing the habit - what happens right before? What triggers your habit? How can you remove that trigger from your day?
