Thankfully this snow is a lot lighter than last weeks storm. But we dig out t's still important to prioritize safety while snow shovelling. Here are some key tips to avoid injury:

1. Warm Up First: Just like any physical activity, take a few minutes to stretch your muscles.
2. Use Proper Technique: Bend at your knees and lift with your legs, not your back. Keep the shovel close to your body. Make sure to use the right shovel for the job.

Here we go again! Monday seems to be on repeat. 😆 To give time for roads to be cleared we have decided to delay opening until this afternoon. If you had an appointment with Dr Fox this morning we will be calling to get you rescheduled. He has opened up some extra hours in his tuesday and wednesday to rebook your appointment.

As of right now we will be open as usual this afternoon with Dr Peddle from 2-7pm. If you have an appointment and feel comfortable getting here we will see you then.
