Lower Sackville Yoga Yoga community sharing movement and meditation practices in-person and online. We are all Treaty people, and our relationship is based on peace and friendship.

Lower Sackville Yoga is not a studio (even though Facebook has us in that category)! We are certified yoga instructors based in the Sackville community who teach in spaces we love to clients we adore. Since we're not bound to one location, we've got the flexibility to come to you for your private, corporate or group yoga sessions. At Lower Sackville Yoga we strive to create and share a space with our local Yoga community; a space where we, the teachers, can share creatively and independently while working together as a team. Our offering to you, the community, is to share what has brought so much inspiration into our hearts and into our everyday lives. We would like to acknowledge the land on which we are grateful to live, work and build community. This land has been the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People for over 12,000 years. Mi’kma’ki is the traditional territory of the Mi’kmaq, and includes seven districts which are found in what is now known as Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, and the Gaspe region in Quebec.

Our Story

Lower Sackville Yoga is not a studio (even though Facebook has us in that category)! We are certified yoga instructors based in the Sackville community who teach in spaces we love to clients we adore. Since we're not bound to one location, we've got the flexibility to come to you for your private, corporate or group yoga sessions. At Lower Sackville Yoga we strive to create and share a space with our local Yoga community; a space where we, the teachers, can share creatively and independently while working together as a team. Our offering to you, the community, is to share what has brought so much inspiration into our hearts and into our everyday lives. 6 week Yoga sessions cost $70 (taxes included), payable via cash, cheque or e-transfer at time of registration. Drop-ins are also an option at $15 per class.
