Finally — the weather cooperated this week, and we were able to kick off our very first Restorative Yin Yoga class in such a beautiful, calm, and deeply relaxed setup this morning 🤍

Soft lighting, supportive props, gentle guidance, and that quiet Sunday-morning energy that just hits differently.

If you weren’t able to join us today, consider this your invitation to come next Sunday at 9:30 AM. This class is perfect if you’re craving slower movement, deeper rest, and a gentle reset before the week begins.
