Kerri is a certified, trauma-informed somatic practitioner and life and purpose coach who supports women in midlife as they reconnect with themselves, regulate stress, and navigate life transitions with greater clarity and resilience.

Her work is especially supportive for women experiencing:
✨ burnout
✨ perimenopause
✨ late ADHD diagnosis
✨ feeling stuck at a personal, professional, or spiritual crossroads

Through a gentle, body-based approach, Kerri helps clients unwind protective patterns that no longer serve them, strengthen emotional resilience, and restore balance across body, mind, and spirit. Her sessions focus on nervous system regulation, stress relief, and reconnecting with inner wisdom—creating space for authentic self-expression and soul-aligned direction.

What a Laughter Yoga Session Feels Like? Laughter yoga is less about “doing” and more about allowing. We begin with gentle breathing exercises that help your body slow down and feel safe, then ease into playful laughter practices that use simple, childlike humor to invite laughter naturally. Real laughter, fake laughter, awkward laughter, it’s all welcome, and your body receives the same beautiful benefits either way. We end the session with a short, calming meditation, and the immediate change people notice: they leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease than when they arrived.
