The practice of massage therapy is the assessment, treatment and prevention of soft tissue and joint disorders. We use various treatment methods such as hydrotherapy (ice or heat), mobilization and therapeutic exercise to rehabilitate, relieve pain and improve health. Massage Therapy has been proven to help with:
