👉🏼 Important update! Our new rates are now in effect. As always, cupping is at no extra cost and direct billing is available for most insurance companies. *Please note that 30 minute appointments are available for clients 12 years and younger.

60 mins $110
90 mins $145

Add cupping for no additional cost.

Did you get your email from your insurance company reminding you that it's June and you only have 6 more months left to use up your benefits? No? Yea, that's because they don't do that. But wouldn't it be nice if they did?

Because they don't, allow me to say, "Hey (insert your name here)! It's somehow June already and I see you haven't used any of your health benefits yet for this year. Don't forget to schedule in some self care time! You totally deserve it!"

Summer fills up fast with camps, sports, and time away with friends and family so be sure to schedule out your appointments and me time!

Don't leave all your coverage to be used up until September (or worse, December).

❄ Well, we made it! 👉🏼 HOWEVER, at the moment there is NO sidewalk OR entrance to the clinic and LIMITED parking at the post office lot.

This year I'm very pleased to announce that our clinic is collecting donations for THE EMILY MURPHY CENTRE in Stratford.

This centre provides a safe space to women and children living with violence and they rely on our community to do so.

These are their most needed items (see image). We will also be collecting monetary donations on their behalf at the front desk.

Donations will be collected until January 8th, 2024.

*Please note: the centre is not accepting clothing donations at this time.*
