🤎🌿✨ Deep Rooted Safety = Wild Surrender ✨🌿🤎

True trust begins within. When you feel deeply safe at your core, you naturally open, surrender, and flow with life, anchored in your center. This is the trust we long for—a grounded foundation paired with soft, receptive energy. Cultivating this energy through Ta**ra has been my healing journey over the last five years.

It’s essential to cultivate deep trust and safety within, as without it, we often default to control—tightening, hardening, and trying to manage everything around us. This blocks us from receiving the wild beauty and abundance life offers. Safety begins with trusting yourself deeply, in an embodied way. When we surrender, we create space for life to flow through us—opening the door to receive freely and fully.

So how do we shift from control to surrender? A simple Ta***ic practice I use every day is:

✨ Pause. Feel. Breathe. Move. ✨

• Pause: When a trigger arises, stop and turn inward. Notice what’s present without judgment.
• Feel: Allow the emotion to exist fully for 90 seconds. Where does it live in your body? Let it expand without resisting it.
• Breathe: Deepen your breath and allow sound to flow naturally—a sigh, a hum, a growl, or even a cry. Sound is a powerful tool to release and move energy.
• Move: Follow your body’s intuition. A gentle sway, shaking, or stillness—whatever feels right—can help you release what no longer serves.

I suggest using this practice as part of your morning ritual to set the tone for your day. You can also return to it throughout the day whenever you feel stuck or triggered. Through this process, you’ll uncover deeper truths within yourself. Emotions and sensations serve as powerful guides, leading you toward clarity, grounding you in your center, and creating a sense of expansive space. From this place, your energy naturally shifts, allowing you to move through your day with subtle shifts that will transform your life. 🌱

Overflowing with Abundance as I Step into My Third Year of Devoted Ta**ra Study & Practice ✨

I began my Ta**ra practitioner training through 1:1 mentorship, later deepening into a group experience as the course evolved. This weekend, I received a beautiful surprise—an expanded curriculum with an even deeper focus on trauma healing. 🎉 Once again, I feel profoundly held by this sacred tradition. Over the moon excited!

What started as a one-year journey has unfolded into something far greater—an abundant, ever-expanding path that continues to flow into my life and work. When I first said yes to Ta**ra, I had no idea where it would lead. Studying privately with Chantelle Raven was a deep investment, both financially and energetically, yet I knew it would lay the foundation for my offerings and support my personal healing in ways I couldn’t yet see.

I’ll never forget my first session with Chantelle—she looked at me and said, “Ta**ra has called you, and it will hold you.” And it has. Ta**ra has become a strong anchor and a force of expansion beyond anything I could have imagined.
