We are a center for healing and transformation through holistic health.

You can find our two locations at 2614 6th Ave. Regina, Sask and 345 James Street N. Lumsden, Sask. In addition to holistic health services and yoga classes, our new Lumsden location offers a fully equipped 24hr fitness facility. Community is the foundation of this space, so it comes as no surprise that we have become the home for many wonderful health professional

It is our belief that each one of us is walking a beautifully unique psychospiritual path of growth, transformation and healing and we each have tremendous individual gifts to share with the world. We are here to help support and empower you to take control of your own health journey and to provide new skills to help build strength and create balance your life. NEW CLASS PRICES AND MEMBERSHIPS

Based on current class sizes and the memberships being used we are unfortunately not able to offer unlimited passes at this time as it is not a sustainable option moving forward. We will be introducing new class packs and membership options below which are now in effect. These changes are necessary at this time in order for the studio to continue offering classes. We are hopeful that you can find an option that aligns with your current budget and attendance goals. This decision really comes down to creating sustainability for the studio to remain a sanctuary for this community and we hope to have many more years in Lumsden.

Private Group Classes ✨

Holiday gatherings are right around the corner and we wanted to remind you that we offer private classes all year round for any kind of special occasion. This is a unique way to spend quality time with the important people in your life and receive some nourishing self care.

Private classes are specifically curated and can include any of our embodied exercise and yoga styles that best fit your groups desires.

Farewell to another beautiful summer ☀️

END OF SUMMER SALE ✨
Stock up on passes for the fall season with 15% off all passes. This includes adult classes and learning center passes. Discount is automatically applied at check out and the sale ends August 31st.

Our weekly schedules are uploaded online and ready for booking! Keep an eye out for training and workshop dates coming soon!

STUDIO REMINDERS ✨
As we head into a new season we would like to share a few important reminders!
~ If classes don’t reach the minimum requirement they will be canceled. 6am classes will be canceled by 9pm the night before and all other classes will be canceled 4 hours before. You will be notified by email.
~ please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the start of class.
~ arriving late and leaving early from class is highly discouraged. We can’t guarantee the door will be unlocked if you arrive late for class.
~ late cancellation and no shows will be charged a fee of $15.
~ please ensure cell phones are turned off. We encourage you to leave them out of the studio and ask that they are not used during the class.
