🚨New Service 🚨
If you’ve had the chance to meet Kelsie since she started her preceptorship with Dr. Jill, you know she is wonderful! Kelsie is in the final stage of completing chiropractic school out of the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon and will be with us until June. We felt that with our physio Jacy on mat-leave, that patients of ours would appreciate the opportunity to receive continued guidance around exercise, stretching, and injuries until she returns. Kelsie will meet this need perfectly with her background as a university athlete, a degree in Human Biology, and a passion for movement based rehab and corrective exercise.

To book, it will be under Dr. Jill on our booking site, and select Corrective Exercise. Sessions are priced at 25$. Note: you do need to be a current patient of Dr. Jill’s to book these sessions.

✨New class alert ✨ Please welcome Candace Swanson, our newest yoga instructor. Starting Monday, March 9, we are adding a new yoga class to the schedule. Vinyasa flow. A perfect way to move your body. Reset your mind and start the week feeling strong and refreshed. All levels welcome. Come join us on the mat.
