Burnout isn’t a badge of honour.

If you’re bone tired, you’re not doing it right—you’re doing it alone.

Somewhere along the way, we started glorifying exhaustion like it’s a personality trait.
“I haven’t sat down in 3 days.”
“Sleep is for the weak.”
“Just gotta power through.”

Hard pass.
Rest isn’t lazy. It’s human.
And newsflash: you don’t have to earn it.

So drop your shoulders. Breathe. Cancel something. Say no.
Let’s stop wearing burnout like it’s some kind of gold star.

You’re not a machine. You’re a goddamn miracle. Act accordingly.
