Spring is such a good reminder that not everything has to be intense to be effective.
âś… fresh air,
âś… snuggled baby,
✅ dog happily tagging along…
It may look simple, but these little moments can support so much.
Gentle movement after meals can help support balanced blood sugars, and time outside can be a beautiful way to slow down, reset, and support a more steady stress response too.
It doesn’t have to be a long workout.
It doesn’t have to be perfect.
Sometimes a short walk is exactly what your body has been asking for.
This season, I’m leaning into simple habits that help me feel grounded, nourished, and connected to everyday life!
