Back in 2020 I started this journey with Botox and fillers… and wow, the stigma was loud. Everyone judging, side-eyeing, whispering “you’re gonna look fake” or whatever narrative they wanted to spin.
Fast forward six years and my face is full of Botox and filler — and I’m not hiding it. It’s completely slimmed and sculpted my jawline in a way that makes me light up when I look in the mirror.
But here’s the part people miss: it’s never been about “fixing” myself. It’s about the value of really looking after your skin — consistent skincare, hydration, protection, the whole routine. Aging doesn’t need to be frowned upon. Like I said in the podcast I just recorded, I LOVE my body. All the curves, all the wrinkles, every natural part of me.
Sometimes we just want to enhance. My body is my vessel, my car… and every now and then I want to put a fresh set of rims on it so it keeps rolling smooth and confident.
The biggest lesson? Trust your injector. Trust the person whose hands are on your face. When you find the right one, it changes everything.
No shame in wanting to feel your best. Drop a 💉 if you’ve ever felt the stigma, or tell me your experience below. Let’s normalize it together.
