You should have received a message from me regarding your future appointments.

Friendly Reminder:

This week so far I’ve had 3 no shows. I have a waiting list with clients who are wanting to get in, allowing 24 hours notice for a cancellation means I can fit someone in off the list.

A cancellation less then 24 hours or a no show to your appointment is charged at the current rate of the clinic.
