In this month’s issue of Chair Massage Biz, you’ll find a great way to sell gift certificates. Give business owners an easy Christmas gift idea for their employees, or clients. The concept is laid out for you, and we even provide a sample letter. It’s possible to accomplish this before Christmas if you get going on it right away. Take action NOW! Otherwise use this concept, and sample letter, in the future for client or staff appreciation days in 2014.

Happy Holidays Everyone!!!

This month's newsletter is about client retention. Have a read and let me know what you think.

Here's a great way to fill up your week with appointments. You can get people to act when they feel a sense of urgency. So this coming Sunday, sit down and figure out about three or four time slots next week where you don't have any appointments. No more than that. Then send an email to your client list letting them know that appointments are filling up fast but you have the following time slots available. You're sure to fill up two out of four appointments that you would not have otherwise.

That sense of urgency is the simple catalyst that your clients need to take action.

If you try it out, please come back here and let us know how you made out with this simple strategy.

Good luck!

Anyone launching a chair massage business in or around Atlanta, GA? Or would you like to increase their existing client base?

This might be a good opportunity for someone starting out in Georgia who simply wants to get their hands on people to show them what they can do.

I was contacted by someone who's client is looking to offer chair massage to their employees. They are looking for a vendor who is willing to do these for free to promote their services. Their client is a non-profit and therefore does not have a budget for wellness, but in the past when my contact gave presentations to these employees, they have had many questions about local massage therapists.

Remember, "Give to Get" marketing works, so if you do this please make sure you have a plan to market to the employees of this non profit. Don't just give them a massage and leave. Feel them out, try to make an appointment with each of them you massage, and make sure you leave your contact information with each and every one of them.

It may be a great great opportunity to promote your services. If interested, please use the contact form on the ChairMassageBiz.com's contact page.

PS. You should eventually charge for your services once you've made a relationship with this non-profit. Show them the value of your services. Even though they claim to not have a budget now, that doesn't mean they won't at a later date. People and businesses seem to always come up with the funds they need to do what they want. So make sure you and your services are a value add they can't do without. :o-)

Have you contacted all the organizers of summer events in your area? Write down all the events in your area and give the organizers a call. Ask if you can set up a retail chair massage station. Go a step further and get the space for free by offering free massage to the event's organizer and their staff.

If you're looking for different results, do something different. We can't fix an issue by looking at it with the same mind that created it.
