Dear Families, (PLEASE RSVP BY JANUARY 9TH 2026)

We are pleased to offer an opportunity to join Rhonda Lemire, Regional Coordinator with the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia to learn more about dementia.
We will cover general information, signs of dementia, how to keep a healthier brain, progression of the disease and responsive behaviors.
This session is designed to help families gain a deeper understanding of dementia, how the disease progresses, and the changes their loved ones may experience over time.
The information shared can be very helpful in understanding different behaviors and supporting your family member with greater confidence and compassion.
To accommodate schedules, we are offering two dates for this session in January.
(January 14th evening and January 19th during the day)
Please email me your loved ones' name, and I will be able to provide you the date options.

We are going to keep the warm and fuzzies going with our next video.

This year we had the Mitchell family donate gift cards to our staff in memory of their loved one. It was their way of thanking the staff for all their love and support. The staff certainly felt the love in return and we were all touched by their generosity and kindness.
