Come join us for a community sauna session and help yourself through the rest of winter. We allow chatting in our sauna, so grab your friend you haven't seen in a while and come spend an hour catching up (without the fuss doing your hair or choosing an outfit. Bathrobes recommended!). Want to come alone? Most people do. The sauna is something you do FOR YOU. There is always a friendly face around to answer any questions and we have Greek Mountain tea waiting for you in the boathouse post session. This is a casual place. Think "what we all miss from the 80's". No phones in the sauna, just old school genuine connection. With others, or just with yourself. When was the last time you gave your body and mind a wee pause and allowed yourself to just BE.

This Valentine's Day why not try something different? Nothing wrong with the same ol' dinner out and chocolates, but chocolates don't always create lasting memories. Experiences do. Nothing creates sparks and lasting memories like trying new things together. The release of "happy chemicals" in the brain post sauna session will have you batting eyelash and blushing as you skip away hand in hand down the road of lurrrrrve.
