I found this post the other day but I thought I would save it for a couple days before I shared it so I could think of some thoughts to go along with it. I know from the outside a lot of the time on my healing journey it has looked like I’m doing nothing but I know how much I have worked to heal my head, my heart and I know how far I’ve come as I look back over the past 10 years. I know the battles that I fought some of them on my own because at the time others were going through something themselves. I feel that we need to learn to give ourselves a break more often than worry about how others view us from the outside. I believe that everybody has gone through something that nobody else can understand except the person having the individual experience and all you can do really is send love and be there when you’re needed.  I know for myself I have put up walls at times, but just knowing that there were people out there that loved me and supported me and would check in on me once in a while that helped me more than I imagine they will ever know but I’m going to try my best to show them by returning the favour of just being there in spirit until I’m physically needed. 💞🫂🤗💞 Thank you Healing Hearts
