Good morning!
I have some good news for you, though a little sad for me. My student has decided to complete her practicum closer to home in North Battleford — totally understandable, but I was really looking forward to mentoring her!

The upside is that my Wednesday afternoons are now open for appointments moving forward.

Also, just a little heads up — there are only 11 weeks until the Christmas break! I know, it’s coming fast. It’s always easier to book ahead and get into a consistent rotation with me rather than trying to squeeze in last minute. 💆‍♀️✨

This path has pulled me into the modalities of registered massage therapist, lymphatic/ craniosacral therapist, fascia unwinder, master of tissues tools and now with the new addition of assessments for restrictions through energetic manual and systematic orthopedic balancing.

✨ What I Eat & Why I Share It ✨

Yes, I post my food often in my stories—because I believe in modeling what I teach. After 20 years of living a holistic lifestyle, I know that daily choices around food truly shape long-term health.

Am I perfect? No. But every single day, the majority of what I eat comes from whole, nutrient-dense foods rather than processed ones.

Here’s a glimpse into my rhythm:
🌞 Breakfast is non-negotiable—it sets the tone for my whole day. Eggs, eggs, eggs.
🥕 Snacks are light and simple: nuts, veggies, fruit, European cheeses, and homemade wild meats like pepperoni or jerky.
🥩 Dinner is, about 90% of the time, high-quality meats paired with fresh vegetables.

We enjoy small amounts of fresh sourdough and always choose farm-raised eggs. And when we eat out or share a meal with others, we release guilt—we simply support our digestion with enzymes if needed.

One truth I’ve learned: the cleaner you eat, the more sensitive your system becomes to outside foods. But that sensitivity is also awareness—it’s your body guiding you. This way of eating has nourished and sustained my family for years, and it’s a lifestyle I deeply stand behind.

Marni, you’re relocating your office again?!
Yes, yes I am! I’ve absolutely loved my time and office space over the past two years. I’m truly going to miss my cozy, dreamy space—and Teralyn. She’s been a dream landlord and an incredible workmate.
That said, I couldn’t pass up the next opportunity that has come my way. I’ll be moving into the first floor of 202 main street. The corner building beside Making Waves and across the street from the pharmacy (Hayley's building).
I’ve always dreamed of having my own space that fully reflects who I am. It’ll take some time to create that cozy new vibe, but I’m excited to see what I can grow into with this next chapter. Thank you in advance for your patience. I'll be closed at the end of August while I transition into my new space for September.
