Good Morning 🤎

I am starting a monthly Nova Scotia Leatherwork Get-together!

Our first get-together will be this Saturday April 18th! I will be hosting monthly, it'll be the third Saturday of the month 10am-2pm.
I will provide a light lunch and coffee. Feel free to bring snacks to share as well as any scrap leather you want to giveaway!

To clarify this is not a class- you must be currently doing leatherwork on your own. Bring your current project, stamps and a mallet, I will have a few extra granite blocks but make sure you message to claim one in advance.

Shoot me a message to get the address and comment because I've had messages do get lost in message requests.

Throwback to too many years to say out loud, I was the new kid. I sat down in my first class just to immediately stand back up and introduce myself. Luckily the 14 year old version of myself was a proud (weird) horse girl, that introduction led me to find the other (weird) horse girl in the class and we quickly became best friends.
Years have gone on and life changes but I am so thankful for the friend I found in Abby and the memories we made, and now I'm thankful I was able to create such a pair of chaps for that horse girl that let me sit beside her that day many years ago.

This is the set.
This is the set that challenged the heck out of me as an artist but somehow came together so willingly. The tooling tells a story, as it should, of a life well worth living. I resonate with the idea, if you've ever seen my Maker's Mark you'd notice that I don't have a location on it like most do. There's no "made in ______", just simply "The Road Less Travelled".
So, Cowgirl, I feel ya on this pair.

📣 EDIT: Headstall Class coming to the Equine Review

We haven't had much interest in the dog collar class so we are scratching that idea and adding a Headstall Class!

They are my "Signature" SE Rancher Lace Ear Headstall. In the class we will stamp and dye them and add a classy Jeremiah Watt bronze buckle.

This class will be held Sunday May 3rd at the SE Ranch Co. booth from 9am-12pm. The cost of the class is $255.
