Recovery Days are SO important, and taking care after workouts is equally necessary. When I’m not eating super well, Arbonne’s BeWell super greens are an excellent boost - sometimes I forget about food, sometimes I don’t feel like it (nausea, loss of appetite - and who wouldn’t be while doing taxes right??), so a scoop of this little gem is helpful. Ahhh what a TREAT to practice tonight - I am still not cleared to instruct, my shoulder is way too unstable and know that (I hate it, but begrudgingly accept it for now). Hopped on the bike tonight for session I would have loved to have delivered to a class - it felt a little uncoordinated with one arm but so good to get into it. The new sling straps my arm and shoulder tightly in place, cross body and torso, so there’s virtually zero chance of it slithering out like it did on Sunday (😮‍💨).
