Hello Maple Ridge and the surrounding area!
Introducing a small series of classes!
✨ Soulful Yoga is a gentle, intuitive yoga class created to support your body, mind, and nervous system.
✨ Some days we may move more. Other days we may slow down and rest. The class always meets the students where they are.
🧘♀️ This series includes:
Hatha–Yin
Yin Yoga
Yoga Nidra (guided rest)
Hybrid Chair Yoga Flow
✨ Classes are calm, supportive, and adaptable. You will be offered options so you can move in a way that feels good for your body. There is no pressure to perform or keep up.
✨ Soulful Yoga is a space to breathe, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Come as you are.

This class is for you if you:
Feel tired, stressed, or overwhelmed
Want gentle movement and deep rest
Prefer a slower, mindful yoga practice
Are new to yoga or returning after a break
Want a class that feels supportive and grounding
No yoga experience is needed.
