I DID IT 😅🥣✨ 21 days complete — and I’m proud of myself.
And then… I had a little splurge day yesterday 🍕🍩🙃 (no shame, just real life).
But honestly? It made something SO clear 👇
I really loved how I felt during those three weeks:
✨ lighter + less bloated
⚡ more steady energy
😌 better mood + less “wired/tired” vibes
🧠 clearer head + fewer cravings
So today? We’re not spiraling.
We’re not “starting over.”
We’re just getting back on track — because I remember what feeling good feels like now 💪💛
