BEHIND THE CARE // TERESA, PHYSIO

Teresa has just started her 17th year as a Physiotherapist - bringing nearly two decades of experience and a patient-centred approach to every treatment ✨

Over the years, her passion has naturally grown toward post-operative rehabilitation as well as supporting youth athletes in both the prevention and rehabilitation of injuries 🤕

With kids of her own involved in sports, Teresa sees firsthand how much youth athletics have changed over the years. Sports like baseball are no longer seasonal, which makes individualized assessments and arm care programs more important than ever to keep players staying healthy and performing at their best ⚾
