💛 A Heartfelt Farewell (but not goodbye!) 💛

We’re sharing some heartfelt and bittersweet news from Momentum Physiotherapy.

After many years of dedicated service to our clinic and community, our wonderful colleague and friend Sue Weston retired at the end of September 2025.

Sue has been an integral part of our team — her expertise, compassion, and care have helped so many patients over the years. While we’ll miss her (and her famous afternoon tea!), we’re excited for this next chapter in her life — she’s earned it! ☕💐

We know you’ll join us in wishing Sue all the very best in her well-deserved retirement. (We do plan to coax her back for a little holiday relief coverage now and then — we’re not quite ready to let go yet!)

As the flowers bloom and the weather warms up, many of us feel inspired to get outdoors and be active. However, jumping back into physical activities without proper preparation can increase the risk of injury. Stretching is a simple yet effective way to prepare your body for movement, improve flexibility, and prevent injuries.

We suggest hip flexor stretch, hamstring stretch, chest stretch, calf stretch and quadriceps stretch! They’ll help you stay flexible, avoid that post-gardening backache, and keep your knees and shoulders happy too!!
