Bridge Pose (Connection Flow) helps you lift your hips and build a bridge between your mind and your body. This pose strengthens your back and opens your heart, creating a pathway for energy to flow freely. To practice Bridge Pose, lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat. Press into your feet, tuck your tailbone under, and lift your hips up to the sky, interlacing your fingers underneath you to broaden the chest.
