Healing Routes Lauren is an Equine body worker and animal intuitive located in lower mainland,BC, Canada Lauren is a graduate of the BC College of Equine Therapy.

Horses are emotional, intuitive animals. During my sessions I keep these two characteristics in mind. I not only address physical imbalances, but I also focus on underlying emotional and energetic components.

A big part of my journey in this lifetime is being willing to honour my needs, and not just pushing through. Giving myself the grace that I need. I hope that we can all be a little softer with ourselves, and choose to support ourselves as best we can in this life.
