Join Dione for an interactive two-part Modo Posture Workshop designed to help you move with more clarity, confidence, and intention on your mat.

Together, we’ll break down key Modo poses and explore:

Big news for your Tuesday mornings 💛

After years of jumping in to cover classes and sharing her beautiful energy with our community, Ceilidh is officially joining the regular schedule — and we couldn’t be happier to have her teaching with us every week at Modo Yoga Maple. ✨

You can now practice with her every Tuesday morning:

🕘 9:30am – Modo Music
🕘 11:00am – Modo Flow with music
🕘 12:30pm — Barre with music

Ceilidh brings such a grounding presence to the room, and her classes always leave you feeling centered.

🧘‍♀️ About Ceilidh:

Ceilidh has been training in dance since the age of 3 and teaching since she was 13. Her love for dance and movement pushed her to begin practicing yoga from a young age. She graduated with a diploma in Dance Performance from Centennial College in 2017 and completed her first 500- hour Foundational Yoga Teacher Training shortly after. Since then, Ceilidh has completed various other movement trainings including Modo Flow, Barre, Lagree Fitness, Classical Reformer & Mat Pilates, Yin & Yoga Detour. Her extensive dance background and passion for anatomy influence her movement and classes. She is inspired by the energy and growth of her students and always focuses on living to learn.

While she’ll still be popping in to cover classes and lead workshops moving forward, this is your last chance to flow with her in her usual Thursday time slot.
