Meet the newest addition to our teaching team… Julia! ✨
We’re so excited to welcome Julia to the Modo Yoga Maple community. You can now practice with her every Thursday at 6:30pm for Vinyasa Level 2.
This class is perfect for students looking to challenge themselves and take their practice to the next level. Expect a dynamic flow that builds strength, stability, and confidence through more advanced transitions — all while staying connected to breath and mindful movement.

✨ About Julia:
With a background in classical ballet and a deep love for movement, Julia brings creativity and grace to her yoga classes. Her teaching emphasizes breath-guided movement, alignment, and emotional presence—offering space for both physical exploration and inner connection. Outside the studio, Julia is an animal lover and bunny mom. Deeply inspired by the natural world, she completed her 800-hour yoga certification in a small beachside town in rural Australia.
