Chris snapped this shot on his phone when we were walking the Lake O’Law Trail with some friends on Saturday. It certainly captures some of the beauty that surrounds us in Margaree - Adventures Abound! I'm grateful not only for this place, but for my friends, my family and yes, my clients, who make it so special. Thank you for being you, and Happy Thanksgiving!

We wanted to say a quick thank you to let you know that we really appreciate your engagement when our son is so excited to see you. He often says that he wants to see "Mama's client" before they leave, and if he recognizes you, he'll usually give a little wave. 👋🏻

Recently, he packaged up a $50 000 loan from The Game of Life and thirty cents 😂, claiming that he didn't need it and that he would like to give it to a client. This is the phase of life that we're in, and we're grateful for your understanding.

Hi everyone! It's been far too long since I last posted, but this past week marked a year since we moved home to Margaree, so I've been feeling a bit more reflective.

I'm 11 months into my work out of Margaree - Adventures Abound, and I'm extremely grateful for the area's continued support. I'm often asked how things are going, and although building a new clientele comes with its own challenges, everyone has been nothing short of fantastic.

Thank you all so much! Let's keep a good thing going!

As is to be expected, extra wintery weather can pose some issues, but the clinic entrance is ready for you, and the driveway up to our house is in good shape!

If the weather has you worried about making it to your appointment, please reach out. I don't charge you in such situations.

Today's the day! :D

I'm really looking forward to a new experience on Friday! As many of you know, Mondays and Fridays are when I'm available to hit the road around much of the greater area. I have made some house calls, but on Friday, I'll be making my first visit to a workplace.

I'm looking forward to spending time with the staff of Cheticamp Area Residential and Educational Society (C.A.R.E.S.)!

Did you know that if you pay into benefits, they most likely renewed on January 1st!? This isn't the case for everyone (NSTU members, for example), but in my experience, most other plans renew each calendar year!

We got some snow overnight! The clinic is most easily accessible by the back entrance, as it got a fresh scrape with the plow after a big clean out more recently. Thanks for understanding!

We know that the back entrance right into the clinic space is pretty handy, but you're able to enter through the front entrance too, especially if the back isn't accessible due to snow clearing.

A huge shoutout goes out to Jason Patrick McDaniel for plowing the hill and always doing his best within his work schedule to allow you to make it up the hill. Thank you for all that you do!!

Also, please remember that cancellations due to weather and/or worry about making the hill are perfectly understandable.
