We are a team of highly skilled registered social workers and psychotherapists who provide mental health therapy support for children, teens, adults, couples and families. It takes a tremendous amount of strength and courage to reflect on your life and reach out for help. The decision to begin counselling is often the first step towards positive change, improved relationships and feeling better. Individual counselling is a collaborative process between you and I. Together, we will explore your expectations of counselling, your perceptions of your struggles, and your best hopes to resolve the challenges you are experiencing. I provide therapy through various evidenced-based methods which are often intertwined to seek the best fit. I am a social worker, practicing for over 16 years working predominately with at risk children and adults struggling with mental health. I have done extensive work supporting healthy families, counselling, crisis intervention, and parenting support in various settings such as in- home, hospital mental health units, shelters, and foster/adoption homes. My work is trauma informed, and I am committed to being client-centered, and to provide you with a safe, supportive, and confidential environment for counselling services. I provide virtual, telephone, and in-person walk and talk support to children, youth and adults.
