The Spot Rehab, Performance & Recovery has just opened the doors in Markham-Unionville. We are a multi-disciplinary clinic offering Family & Sports Therapy via Physio, Massage, Chiro, Athletic Therapy, Shockwave, Laser, Foot Clinic & Orthotics. Our philosophy of care involves our 3 pillars of Rehab, Performance & Recovery.
Rehab --> hands on manual therapy to help reduce pain and to restore someone back to health or normal life through manual training and therapy
Performance --> hands on approach of strength and conditioning as an adjunct to a patient’s rehab or to help train, reach or maintain personal strength and conditioning goals
Recovery --> we find that most patients tend to increase their rehab and performance loads instead of allowing enough time for adequate recovery; muscle and tissue repair and strength building is essential to our patient’s end goal, so after your session sit back and allow our health care practitioners help with your recovery
