You have the power to change the energy of your own life, your child’s life, and the energy of your entire family/home.

I live this reality (good and bad!)…. and I’ve seen, how being connected to my own heart, Ive been able to shift the energy in my home.

Ive seen hundreds of my clients, who simply were ready to lead their family down a better path, transform theirs (as a divorce lawyer and coach).

It’s really tempting to focus on other people, their energy, and their issues, when things are not going our way. But it’s also completely disempowering and leads to no good change. (I’ve handed well over 1000 family law cases…. I assure you change doesn’t happen by pointing blame).

When we learn to take our power back and focus on living from our OWN centre…. Miracles transpire.

I’ve seen it with my clients who I work with 1:1 and also in my group programs (in insanely short periods of time!), and I’m so inspired by every single one of them. They prove my theory every single time.

When we change, everything (and everyone) around us starts to change.

When we master raising our own frequency…
When we start living from our hearts instead of our heads…
When we live focussed on what we want and take our focus of what we don’t want….

…. Miracles will just transpire. ✨✨✨

For the coaches, the professionals, the healers.

Here's something I think our clients really need from us, if we slowed down and tuned in...... : HOPE

I think we often get into our heads — into the problem-solving, always trying to think 10 steps ahead. Which is important. But sometimes our clients just need us to be present… compassionate… and to offer them a sense of hope.

I know this is what I needed in my darkest moments from the people around me — especially from professionals. And I hear the same thing from so many who are struggling and working with professionals.

This is not about making promises we can't deliver on. I know every professional worries about “managing expectations.” But sometimes, with respect, I think we take that too far, and we risk losing sight of what matters most.

Sometimes what feels simple to us means the world to our clients.

This is a short clip from my program, Conscious Lawyering. I am so grateful for these blazing, heart-led lawyers who’ve shown up not only to fuel their own well-being, but to bring more heart into law.

I hope this lands with you.

May it remind you how important your role is - and the huge window you have to provide hope to those who may be struggling.

They say we’ll have multiple callings in one lifetime. That was definitely me. ✨

After getting my law degree, an LLM in ADR, and building what I thought was my dream law practice with these incredible humans, I felt this unexpected pull toward something entirely new.

What started as genuine curiosity in 2019 has become the most beautiful movement.

Fellow lawyers would ask me: “Why do you always look so happy at work?” “Your clients literally hug you goodbye!” “How do you get so many clients?”

Here’s the thing - I genuinely never worked past 6pm, started taking Fridays off, had the most wonderful clients, and truly loved showing up for families navigating one of their hardest chapters.

But I kept getting this burning feeling in my heart: “Conscious Lawyering.”

After a soul-searching meditation retreat in Spain (because sometimes you need to go across the world for clarity! 😅), everything clicked. I realized I could help lawyers transform their inner state to show up differently for families going through separation and divorce.

The ripple effect? A movement of lawyers literally raising the bar - especially for the families and children who need us most.

A friend’s playful $2,500 wager finally pushed me to start teaching in Fall 2019. Honestly, the transformation in those first lawyers blew my mind.

That same burning feeling is back, stronger than ever. ✨

I’m bringing Conscious Lawyering LIVE again - 8 weeks starting October 9, 2025.

And I’m beyond excited to share that this time, the program is LSO CPD accredited for 12 hours! (Full details at the website)
