A common float FAQ we get is: “What if I fall asleep in the tank?”

And the truth is… that’s completely okay.

The water in the float tank is extremely buoyant thanks to the high concentration of Epsom salt, so your body naturally stays afloat. Your head won’t sink, and if you prefer extra support we also provide float halos that you can use throughout your session.

Falling asleep during a float can be incredibly restorative. In fact 1 hour in the float tank can be worth up to 4 hours of deep sleep. The sensory deprivation element allows your brain to enter a theta brain wave state.
