I just completed all 9 elements of the Pewter Exam! I achieved “world class” levels on 2 elements and “competitive level” on the remaining 7 (mix of 3 and 4). I’m so proud of this achievement — 10 months of work in the making. A big thank you to my coaches and cheerleaders at I couldn’t have done this without you. Thank you for hosting patch sessions. They were exactly what I needed. But most of all, it’s a great feeling passing this exam and coming to the conclusion that I’ve found my place on the ice again — I’m a skating artist.

3 undated Desire Map planners arrived in the mail last night from say what?! I haven’t seen one in YEARS. I had the pleasure of “meeting” Mandy in the Desire Map Facilitator community that created. The surprise gift floored me. What a beautiful sweet act of kindness. This is what the world needs. Thank you Mandy for the gift and most of all for the thoughtfulness and kindness. I so appreciate your heart. 💜

Have you read book The Fire Starter Sessions? It’s the book that lit the fire under me to JUMP (in 2015). I realized the reason for my deep burnout while reading and doing the work in her other book The Desire Map. I spent months using my core desired feelings as a compass for decision making and planning my day. The burnout was lifting and the clarity was enlightening. I knew I couldn’t stomach a “job.” But what then? The Fire Starter Sessions confirmed it — it was time to go out on my own. Fast forward… here I am 10 years later reaching for the book again while working with Danielle and her amazing team. Deep gratitude + love. Always. I trust the journey.

The corner of each page in my Heart Centered Planner has a beautiful word to contemplate. I cut off those corners so I can quickly find my place in the planner. But then what? I like to leave them for loved ones to find. In a lunch bag. A paintbrush kit. A coat pocket. Because of this, these little bits of paper are now called “love confetti” in my house.

Sundays are for reflecting, then planning. The WEEKLY REFLECTION + PROJECTION spread in my Heart Centered Planner helps me do this in a thorough and loving way. It goes beyond the highlight of the week. How did I nourish my nervous system? In what ways did I embody compassion? ++ Then it asks, who will I connect with? What healing actions will I take for myself? That’s how my weekly planning turns into Heart Centered living.

I want to be able to find the month at a glance pages in my new . So I used washi tape along the edge of those pages. Fold the washi tape over the side of the page so you can find it by feel or sight. Of course I’ll be snipping the corner tabs so I can find the current page but this washi trick is going to help me find each month.

Mercury stations direct today. Are you feeling the shift? We are now in the "shadow" period which lasts for a few days. This is the final clearing of the lessons from this past retrograde. My favourite things to do:

Journaling
Meditating
Clearing the energy - my favourite tools are lemongrass and tea tree essential oils

To clear the energy in my home, I begin by applying one drop of tea tree essential oil to both my crown and the soles of my feet. Then I open doors and/or windows for as long as we can stand - that includes inside doors (closets, etc.). Then I diffuse lemongrass essential oil on every floor of the house for 8+ hours.

Sometimes I'll open some doors/windows again after I'm done diffusing and re-apply the tea tree oil to my crown and soles of my feet. Follow your intuition and tap into the feel of your space.
