Dr. Allyshia's last day in the office will be next Friday July 28th. Dr. Meghan MacTavish will be caring for patients during Dr. Allyshia's extended leave, as well as Dr. Daniel's 2 week absence once the baby is born.

While meeting me in person for your post natal rehabilitation is amazing, it’s not always that simple, especially during these difficult times.  I’ve heard you mommas and I’m introducing a VIRTUAL GROWCO POST NATAL REHABILITATION SERIES! ✨

Coming to you live from my office, I will be conducting each session virtually at a convenient time for 𝘺𝘰𝘶 , from the comfort of 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 own home! Classes will be starting next Monday, September 28th.

The virtual series consists of 8 personalized 𝐨𝐧𝐞-𝐨𝐧-𝐨𝐧𝐞 training sessions with me! During these 1 hour sessions, we will work together on activating those deep core muscles that have been affected during your pregnancy🤰🏽as well as strengthening very important areas to help prevent pain in the post natal period.
