Whether you're an experienced yogi or an absolute beginner, is probably the easiest of all the asans to learn—all you have to do is lie on your back with your eyes closed and your palms facing up.

Also known as Co**se Pose, Savasana is a restorative pose often used at the end of Yoga classes, and is a time for rest and relaxation.

It's official: Daylight Saving Time is over.

Theoretically, we all get to enjoy an extra hour of sleep when the clocks "fall back" and we return to Standard Time.

Hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, oh my! 😱

These symptoms, along with joint stiffness, mood changes, and anxiety, are some of the most common symptoms of and , which many women find not only uncomfortable, but often disruptive to day-to-day routines.

But that a regular Yoga practice can help alleviate the symptoms of menopause?

If you don't already practise Yoga on a regular basis, here are five reasons to start:
