NuPasta nuPasta is a low calorie, low carb pasta with no starch. nuPasta hopes to help Canadians maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Obesity has become a growing health concern for Canadians, the obesity rate has tripled within the last thirty years, as a result many individuals are searching for an easy way to lose weight. Unfortunately, fad diets, 'fat loss shortcuts' and extreme exercising regimes are often unsuccessful due to their unsustainable nature. It is a low calorie, fibre rich konjac pasta with 1/10 the calories of traditional pasta. Pasta dishes have gotten a 'bad' reputation over the past few years as people become more health conscious. People seem to think that pasta must be the first to go as they try to lose weight, but they also find that it is one of the hardest dishes to give up. We're here tell you that you don't have to! With nuPasta, you can continue to enjoy your favourite meals - simply prepare the dish with the same Pasta sauce and sides that you would normally. That's right, with nuPasta you can keep eating your favourite pasta dishes, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Often people try to make healthy substitutes, but find that they must make a compromise. They sacrifice some flavor and actually find themselves still hungry, it's no wonder people usually 'quit' their diets prematurely! Fast, flavour-packed, and perfect for a “what can I make right now?” dinner. 🍝✨

Salty-savoury comfort with a little pop of green. Here's how to make Sundried Tomato & Peas Fettuccine with nuPasta ⤵️

4 steps · ~9 mins · 1 serving

Ingredients:
· 1 pack nuPasta Fettuccine
· 4–5 sundried tomatoes
· ¾ cup peas
· 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
· 2 tbsp olive oil
· Salt + pepper, to taste

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan-fry 1 pack of nuPasta Fettuccine for 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
→ In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until golden. Add sundried tomatoes.
→ Season with salt + pepper, add nuPasta, and mix well.
→ Fold in peas, serve, and garnish with parsley.

Ingredients:
· 1 pack nuPasta Spaghetti
· 2 cups spinach
· 1 cup ricotta
· 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
· Salt + pepper, to taste

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan-fry nuPasta 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
→ Sauté garlic + spinach 3–4 minutes.
→ Add ricotta and mix well.
→ Lower heat and cook 5–7 minutes until creamy.
→ Serve + finish with cracked black pepper.

Red Thai Curry Noodle Soup, in our opinion. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients:
· 1 pack nuPasta Spaghetti
· 4 cups vegetable stock
· 1½ cups coconut milk
· 1 tbsp red Thai curry paste
· 1 chili pepper, diced
· Parsley, for garnish
· Lime, for garnish
· Chili oil, for garnish

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan-fry 1 pack of nuPasta Spaghetti for 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
→ In a pot, bring vegetable stock, coconut milk, diced chili pepper, and red Thai curry paste to a boil.
→ Lower heat and let simmer for 15–20 minutes.
→ Pour broth over the nuPasta, finish with parsley, lime, and chili oil, and enjoy ✨🍜
