Unfortunately, fad diets, 'fat loss shortcuts' and extreme exercising regimes are often unsuccessful due to their unsustainable nature. It is a low calorie, fibre rich konjac pasta with 1/10 the calories of

traditional pasta. Pasta dishes have gotten a 'bad' reputation over the past few years as people become more health conscious. People seem to think that pasta must be the first to go as they try to lose weight, but they also find that it is one of the hardest dishes to give up. We're here tell you that you don't have to! With nuPasta, you can continue to enjoy your favourite meals - simply prepare the dish with the same Pasta sauce and sides that you would normally. That's right, with nuPasta you can keep eating your favourite pasta dishes, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Garlic lovers, this one’s for you. 🧄🍝

Golden garlic, olive oil, a little heat from chili flakes, and nuPasta noodles ready to soak up all that flavour. Here's how to make Aglio e Olio with nuPasta ⤵️

Ingredients:
· 1 Pack nuPasta Spaghetti
· 4–5 Cloves of Garlic, thinly sliced
· 4 tbsp Olive Oil
· 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
· 1 tbsp Pepper
· 1 tsp Salt
· Parsley, for garnish
· ¼ cup Grated Parmesan

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan-fry 1 pack of nuPasta Spaghetti for 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
→ Fry garlic and seasonings on low heat until garlic becomes a caramelized colour.
→ Add nuPasta, seasoning and cheese. Mix well.
→ Serve and garnish with parsley.

Warm broth, tender chicken, and noodles that bring everything together. nuPasta makes it easy to build a comforting bowl without the heaviness ⤵️

Ingredients:
· 1 Pack nuPasta Spaghetti
· 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, thinly sliced
· 2 cups Chicken Bone Broth
· 1 bunch Enoki Mushrooms
· Green Onions, for garnish
· 1 Egg, for garnish
· Salt + pepper, to taste

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan-fry 1 pack of nuPasta Spaghetti for 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
→ In a pot, bring bone broth to a boil.
→ In a pan, fry chicken breast with salt and pepper for 2–3 minutes on each side.
→ Add enoki mushrooms to broth and let simmer for 5 minutes.
→ In the meantime bring a pot of water to a boil. Once at boil, reduce heat to low and add egg. Let sit for 6 minutes before putting the egg into cold water to stop cooking.
→ Add broth and enoki mushrooms to a bowl, add chicken, green onions and soft boiled egg. Serve and enjoy.

When dinner needs to be fast but still feel satisfying… pesto always understands the assignment. 🌿

Here's how to make Simple Pesto Fettuccine with nuPasta ⤵️

4 steps · ~6 mins · 2 servings

Ingredients:
· 2 packs nuPasta Fettuccine
· 2 cups fresh basil
· 2 garlic cloves
· 1/2 cup pine nuts
· 3/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
· 1/2 cup olive oil
· Salt, to taste

Directions:
→ Drain, rinse, and pan-fry 2 packs of nuPasta Fettuccine for 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
→ In a blender, combine basil, garlic, pine nuts, Parmigiano-Reggiano, olive oil, and salt. Pulse until smooth.
→ Add pesto to a pan and toss with nuPasta until evenly coated.
→ Heat through for 2–3 minutes, then plate and garnish with extra cheese (and a little extra pesto if you’re feeling it).

· ¾ cup peas
· 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
· 2 tbsp olive oil
