Located in Thornhill,Ontario, New Realities offers personalized, non residential counseling, psychotherapy, relationship and family therapy. At the centre, we recognize that there are real and often unconscious reasons that people use food and body size concerns to deal with emotions and difficult situations. Since 1996, it has been our privilege to help individuals struggling with eating disorders explore how food and body concerns are being utilized as coping strategies, develop new and healthy coping strategies, create a new relationship with themselves, their bodies and their food – creating a New Reality.
